We are a non-profit organization committed to providing not only the best possible service to our guests, but the best possible service to our community.
Founded in 1994, B.A.C.A. has grown immensely, currently with over 75 members representing most major bay area hotel and resort brands, along with affiliated industry suppliers and marketing specialists in Tampa, St. Petersburg/St.Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach areas. Our mission is to promote the education of our membership on the area’s multitude of attractions, the natural environment, civic volunteerism and professional career advancement in Les Clefs d’Or USA, and to bring to the forefront the importance of hotel and condominium concierges in the hospitality industry. The Tampa Bay area is a tourist driven economy and we are proud of our significant impact as we refer thousands of guests per year to local restaurants, shopping venues, nightclubs, sporting events, theaters, country clubs and points of interest.
Bay Area Concierge Association holds monthly meetings at a variety of locations – restaurants, museums, hotels, and attractions and also regularly joins together for extra events that allow us to become even more familiar with the greater Tampa Bay area. Members exchange knowledge and ideas to help one another and also offer access to an extensive network of industry contacts; we would welcome the opportunity to share our network with you.
